Customer information is kept secure and only accessible by members of this LLC. All information gathered by us is kept in TLS standard encrypted files requiring two step verification to access. We gather this data to maintain positive relations with customers and ensure long term results. We only request information that is voluntarily given to us and is necessary for warranty, payment, and contact information. We may contact you in the future regarding continuing warranties for the long term success of the work done for you.

The basis of our information collection is on paperwork that is drafted by us and signed by the customer. An exact copy is kept by both the customer and us so the information collected is completely transparent. The physical copy is kept in a secured filing location while the digital copy is kept in a standard encryption file location.

At any time, you may request any information we have on file for you. We will agree to provide any information you request about your account with us and any questions you may have. We operate a secured website, as evidenced by the “s” in the HTTPS website prefix, ensuring security as a top priority. Filling out our request form which requires the minimum information of name, address, and phone number is secured and used only by our team.
